In addition to Draper serving as head writer, the other writers for the series previously scripted other TV shows for Nickelodeon; they include Magda Liolis, Michael Rubiner and Bob Mittenthal, and Will McRobb and Chris Viscardi. McRobb and Viscardi only penned the script for the first season, two-part episode TV movie «Battle of the Bands», and by the third season, Mittenthal emerged as a senior writer, earning the title of co-executive producer.

If a CM was blatantly and unwantedly (is that a word?) hitting on a guest, that would definitely be a «no-no». But if the guest asked the CM out or was interested in meeting up later and the CM was agreeable, then I don’t see that there would be a problem. Likewise, if a guest was being obnoxious and harrassing a CM , the CM could certainly report the behavior. There is probably some kind of «fraternization» policy, but whether a CM would adhere to it is up to them.

On August 18, 1994, a 6-year-old girl from Miami, Florida, fell out of one of the ride’s boats while it was in the loading area. Orange County authorities believe an incoming boat then struck her after the fall. The girl suffered a broken hip, a broken arm, and a collapsed lung. Paramedics took her to a hospital and she was able to recover fully from her injuries.
Both the tourist and the cast member were willing to pursue criminal charges, so the sheriff’s office forwarded battery charges to the state attorney’s office. Again, nobody appears to have been arrested or charged with a crime, based on online records. The incident wasn’t captured on Disney security video, the report said.
